Somehow shutdown tasks quicker

Hi Jay,

I've found that Notes takes a while to shutdown it's various tasks (notes2w.exe and nlnotes.exe) after you close Notes. My users seem to be closing Notes then immediately suspending their laptops which is causing the issue. If you can reduce the time that these tasks take to stop after Notes 8 is closed, that will surely help.
